Our honey comes from the pristine nature of Tanzania, Africa.
Is your honey real? +
Our honey is harvested by local beekeepers and shipped directly to us without any processing or blending.
What types of lab tests have you performed? +
The honey has been tested for mold, diseases, nutritional values, moisture percentage, pollen percentages, heavy metals, and authenticity. We have successfully completed all tests and received a food safety certificate from the NVWA.
What is the difference with supermarket honey? +
Our honey is pure and unprocessed. Supermarket honey is often heated or mixed with syrup. Research: click here .
Why does honey crystallize? +
Crystallization is a natural process. Honey attracts moisture and solidifies more quickly if it's not properly stored airtight.
What do your bees eat? Do they get sugar? +
The bees live in an environment rich in flowers and trees. They don't get sugar water — nature provides enough nectar all year round.
Where does Miombo honey come from? +
From the Miombo woodlands of Tanzania, rich in Julbernardia trees. This honey remains liquid for a long time and hardly crystallizes.
How much honey can you eat daily? +
2 to 3 tablespoons per day, preferably raw and unheated. Use a wooden spoon.
Why is your honey so dark? +
Dark honey is packed with antioxidants and minerals. These are higher than in lighter honeys.
What is the best way to store honey? +
Store in an airtight, dark place at room temperature. Never place in the refrigerator.
Can honey be used for type 2 diabetes? +
Yes, but in moderation. Always consult your doctor.
Which honey is the most medicinal? +
